We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT Production initiatives within a large and dynamic organization.
In this role, you will act as an initiative owner, ensuring end-to-end delivery while balancing scope, budget, quality, and timelines. You will work in a multi-stakeholder environment and play a key role in bridging business and IT teams, ensuring optimal solutions are implemented.
The position involves working within an Agile environment at scale, interacting with multiple teams, and contributing to governance at different organizational levels.
1. Act as the owner of IT production initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish
2. Manage scope, budget, prioritization, and value delivery
3. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with expected outcomes
4. Handle stakeholder management at multiple levels (team, tribe, executive)
5. Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrum, PI Planning, governance meetings, etc.)
6. Identify, track, and resolve impediments at initiative level
7. Foster a collaborative and trust-based environment to support decision-making
8. Ensure clear and efficient communication across business and IT stakeholders
9. Act as a bridge between business needs and IT suppliers, challenging both sides when necessary
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices and delivery processes
You have the following skills
Experience
11. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role
12. At least 20 years of overall professional experience
13. Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs
Technical & Functional Skills
14. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and production environments
15. Ability to read and interpret technical architecture documentation
16. Experience with infrastructure-related projects (e.g., migrations) is a plus
17. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies at scale
Business & Industry
18. Experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong asset

19. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
21. Proactive mindset with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
22. Ability to work in a complex, multicultural environment
23. Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills

Languages
25. Fluent in French OR Dutch, with a good command of the other language
26. Good level of English required
Votre profil
27. You have at least 15 years of professional experiences in IT
28. If you are at least fluent in FR/NL, EN is a +
