Position
We are seeking an HR Manager to drive people strategy and operational excellence across our multi-country organisation. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR transformation, lead compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will lead the HR function within our Administration Department and report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany
* Manage and develop the HR team
* Lead total rewards strategy, compensation frameworks, and benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions
* Ensure full compliance with labour, tax, and social security regulations across all geographies
* Oversee multi-country payroll operations and lead the digital transformation of HR processes, including HRIS optimisation, automation, and HR analytics implementation
* Provide strategic counsel on complex employee relations, restructuring, and organisational design; handle escalated sensitive cases requiring legal expertise and discretion
* Act as trusted advisor to executives and managers on talent management, performance, and organisational issues
* Drive standardisation of HR policies and processes across countries while championing organisational culture, engagement, and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
* 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3–5 years in strategic HR leadership or senior business partner role
* Deep expertise in Belgian labour law, payroll, and social security; proven ability to navigate Dutch and German regulatory environments and manage multi-country compliance programs
* Demonstrated success leading HR transformation initiatives including digitalisation, automation, and system implementations; advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools
* Expert-level capability in designing total rewards strategies and structuring complex compensation packages including benefits in kind and equity frameworks
* Exceptional strategic thinking and business partnering skills with ability to influence at executive level; strong commercial acumen aligned with business priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Dutch (required); French proficiency is a strong asset
* Strong leadership presence with ability to build high-performing teams; high emotional intelligence and discretion in managing sensitive matters
