We're looking for a growth-oriented marketer who combines analytical thinking with a strong feel for branding, aesthetics and customer experience. Someone who gets excited by both dashboards and design.
You'll work closely with the founders to grow MORO across all digital touchpoints. From improving conversion rates and retention to launching campaigns, optimizing the webshop and creating high-performing content.
What you’ll do?
Drive growth through data and experimentation
* Analyze campaign, webshop and customer data to identify growth opportunities
* Monitor and improve key business metrics such as conversion rate, retention, AOV and customer lifetime value
* Run and interpret A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email and webshop
* Translate insights into concrete actions and priorities
* Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and continuously improve them
Build and optimize our digital ecosystem
* Set up and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
* Monitor and improve the Shopify webshop experience
* Work closely with external performance partners and challenge results with data
* Explore and test new acquisition, retention and growth opportunities
Bring campaigns to life
* Conceptualize and execute campaigns from idea to launch together with the team
* Create static and video ads for Meta, TikTok and other digital channels
* Write compelling ad copy, email copy and campaign messaging
* Brief and manage UGC creators, influencers and freelancers
* Ensure brand consistency across everything we do
Work directly with the founders
* Translate ideas into action quickly
* Challenge assumptions and bring your own perspective
* Take ownership and move projects forward independently
Who we’re looking for?
* 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, growth or e-commerce
* Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
* Understands key e-commerce metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, AOV, retention and LTV
* Enjoys solving problems and making decisions based on insights
* Strong affinity with branding, aesthetics and customer experience
* Understands that sustainable growth comes from both performance and brand building
* Hands-on and not afraid to execute yourself
* Curious by nature and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Takes ownership and responsibility
* Has a clear opinion and isn't afraid to share it
* Dutch speaking and proficient in English
Nice to have:
* Experience with Klaviyo
* Experience with Shopify
* Experience with Meta advertising
* Experience with Google Ads
* Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience within a DTC, e-commerce or consumer brand
* Proven track record of creating high-performing digital campaigns
