Senior Supply Chain Transformation Consultant – TOM & Operating Model Optimization
Client Environment: Our client is a large Belgian infrastructure organization operating in an asset-intensive environment and managing critical national infrastructure.
As part of a major strategic transformation program, the organization is redesigning its operating model, processes, governance, ways of working, and culture. A dedicated Transformation Office has been established to support this effort.
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Consultant to strengthen the Transformation Office and lead the consolidation, formalization, and optimization of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
Role Overview
The consultant will translate existing strategic concepts, business plans, and transformation initiatives into a clear, practical, and widely understood Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Supply Chain organization. The primary objective is to create a common reference framework that aligns all stakeholders around a single end‑to‑end supply chain vision, operating principles, governance model, and service delivery approach. Reporting to the Head of the Transformation Office, the consultant will work closely with senior management, process improvement teams, and key business stakeholders to ensure the TOM is operational, actionable, and sustainable.

Collaboration & Knowledge TransferPartner with senior leadership to capture strategic direction and prioriti. Work closely with the End‑to‑End Process Improvement team to ensure consistency between operating model and process design. Support knowledge transfer and capability building within the Transformation Office. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
