Our
AI Transformation Consultants
work closely with customers to take them from ready-to-use skill data to business impact. In this role, you apply the TechWolf product to turn a high-level skill data use case into a real-world implementation. You educate and guide customers, helping them set up their systems and processes for success. If you are passionate about bringing a data-driven approach to HR, you could be who we’re looking for!
What you'll do:
Clarify use cases scoped by Presales and Customer Successwith the customer and flesh them out.
Help customers realise use cases with the TechWolf API by training them and supporting the implementation.
Enabling effective use of our skills datain our customers’ systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, PowerBI, and Crunchr.
Enable HR teams to make process changes based on skill data.
Who you are:
You have3+ years of experience in Transformation or HR Technology projects
You havepractical experience with HR and/or data analytics tooling such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Crunchr, Visier, etc.
You havestrong stakeholder management skills and enjoys engaging with clients and conducting workshops and training.
You havea proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work and communicate effectively;
You're based in Belgium and excited to work together with the TechWolf team in our Ghent office for at least three days per week
