🚀 Your mission
As a Management Software Support Consultant, you will assist Belgian and Luxembourgish companies in their digitalization.
Your role combines business analysis, technical support, and customer guidance:
* Provide FR/ENG customer support as needed (diagnosis, troubleshooting, follow-up via ticketing).
* Install, configure, and set up new software solutions.
* Analyze accounting needs and propose the best settings.
* Train and guide users (webinars or remote assistance).
* Collaborate with the project and development teams to improve tools.
* Monitor satisfaction indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.
🧩 Candidate profile
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Training or experience in accounting/management IT background (fiduciary, SME or company).
* Knowledge of Horus software
* Curious, pedagogical, and passionate about management software solutions.
* Customer service oriented, structured approach, team spirit.
* Resilient, solutions-oriented, with a genuine desire to help and share knowledge.
* Knowledge of other software is a plus.
