The Freight Forwarder Export will handle all aspects of the export process, including managing freight forwarding operations, coordinating export documentation, and facilitating smooth freight transportation. The role includes proactive customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding operationsExperience in handling Export processes and related documentationStrong skills in Customer Service to support client needs effectivelyKnowledge of Freight Transportation logistics and practicesExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentPrior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is advantageousRelevant certifications or educational background in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
