Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to biotech products, services, and technical support.
* Provide detailed information about product usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, striving for a positive outcome.
* Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive service records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in the biotechnology sector to provide relevant support and information to clients.
Requirements
* Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle complex inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
* Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* A genuine interest in biotechnology and the ability to learn quickly about industry products and services.
