About the platform
Natural Capital is one of Patria's newest and most strategic platforms. The thesis is straightforward: Brazil is the single most important geography in the world for natural capital investing. Our biome, our agricultural base, our forests, and our biodiversity put the country at the center of one of the largest capital reallocations of this generation.
We are building an investment platform designed to capture that opportunity at scale. The platform is in active fundraising, engaging institutional investors in Brazil and abroad, and we are looking for an Analyst to join the team.
The role
The Analyst will work directly with the platform's leadership on the day‑to‑day of fundraising, investor relations, and commercial strategy. The scope is intentionally broad — the team is lean, the mindset is entrepreneurial, and ownership is shared across the team. Concretely, the Analyst will:
* Respond to DDQs, RFIs, and ad hoc requests from investors (institutional LPs, family offices, funds of funds, global allocators)
* Build and tailor commercial decks across audiences, formats, and theses
* Manage data rooms, ensuring materials are organized, current, and impeccable
* Support the structuring and implementation of fundraising and IR processes across the platform's products
* Contribute to fundraising strategy and to the ongoing relationship with the investor base
* Conduct market analysis, peer benchmarks, and player landscape mapping
* Build and maintain financial models supporting investor materials, return scenarios, and fund economics analyses
* Support go‑to‑market strategy and business development across new commercial channels
* Participate in investor meetings, sector conferences, and industry events
* Produce thought leadership and institutional narrative materials on the natural capital thesis
The role sits at the intersection of investor relations, strategy, and commercial execution. It is designed for someone who wants to learn, in practice, how an asset management platform is built and brought to market.
Who we are looking for
This is an early‑career position, suited to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience (internships count). In practice:
* Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
* Fluent English — a significant share of the work, written and spoken, is in English
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. These are core tools of the role
* Sharp analytical ability and structured thinking — strategy consulting mindset
* Excellent written communication in both Portuguese and English. Investor‑facing materials leave no room for error
* Comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and multiple parallel workstreams
* Obsessive attention to detail — in IR, a single wrong number in a deck is costly
* Genuine willingness to roll up sleeves at every level of the work
Prior experience or interest in natural capital, sustainability, agriculture, forestry, or related sectors is a plus, but not a requirement. Genuine curiosity about the thesis is.
What we offer
* Direct exposure to the Natural Capital platform's leadership, to global institutional investors, and to a product being built in real time
* Accelerated career trajectory — in small teams, performance is visible and rewarded
* Competitive total compensation (base + bonus), aligned with top‑tier market standards
* Health insurance, pet insurance, and meal allowance
