The team is cross-functional, comprising functional, technical, delivery-oriented, and pre-sales profiles. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine test plans, scenarios, and test cases. /liliDefine test plans and monitor the implementation of features. /liliMaster project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively. /liliDraft functional documentation and provide user training. /liliConduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice. /liliEnsure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements /h3ulliHold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications. /liliProficiency in communication in English, French, or Dutch. /liliCuriosity and commitment to continuous learning to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and best practices in CRM. /liliTeam spirit and a willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and kindness within the team. /liliAbility to work on large-scale projects for a diverse clientele. /liliExpertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. /liliProficiency in key functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment.
