Lead Digital Media Planner/Buyer – Remote, Latin America
Bluelight, a leading software consultancy, is seeking a seasoned Digital Media Planner/Buyer to drive innovative media strategies across the United States, Central, and South America.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in media and advertising, proficient in Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, who can plan, present, execute, and optimize media strategies.
Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.
* Conduct in‑depth research and analysis to identify optimal media channels and strategies.
* Determine budget allocation across channels based on performance and objectives.
* Stay abreast of emerging digital media trends, technologies, and AI integrations.
* Advise New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and media strategies during the pitch process.
Campaign Execution & Management
* Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and programmatic display.
* Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for day‑to‑day campaign management.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per lead (CPL), engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
* Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvement, and generate regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
Budget Management
* Manage and allocate media budgets effectively across channels to maximize campaign performance.
* Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing and ensure campaigns remain on schedule and within financial targets.
* Identify opportunities for cost‑saving without compromising campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing B2B services or recruiting to software development firms.
* Strong experience in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms).
* Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.
* Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third‑party trackers, etc.).
* Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency with media buying and planning tools.
