In concrete terms, as a
Junior Sustainability Consultant
based in Ghent/Brussels, you will:
Support sustainable real estate projects throughout their full lifecycle, from development to operation
Contribute to sustainability advisory and certification processes such as BREEAM, WELL, and GRO
Analyse energy performance, carbon impact, and overall building sustainability metrics
Get familiar with and apply tools such as
LCA, LCCA,
and
CRREM
in project analyses
Collaborate with internal and external experts in multidisciplinary teams
Support the implementation of sustainable, future-oriented solutions
Grow into digital tools, building simulations, and sustainable construction methods
Gross salary between €2,850 and €3,500 depending on experience, plus extra benefits
