Customer Service Officer (M/F/X)

Your Mission
As a Customer Service Officer, you act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients. You are responsible for the operational and administrative follow-up of contracts, from signature to full execution, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
You play a key role in coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual commitments in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Program Coordination
* Plan and coordinate the execution of customer orders
* Lead and align internal stakeholders (production, supply chain, engineering, etc.)
* Anticipate risks and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
* Collaborate with suppliers and external partners
Customer Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers
* Handle customer requests, expectations, and complaints through to resolution
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Represent the voice of the customer internally
Sales Administration
* Manage orders from entry to invoicing
* Ensure contractual terms are properly applied (pricing, deadlines, incoterms, etc.)
* Coordinate delivery planning with internal teams
Reporting and Monitoring
* Track order progress and communicate key updates to customers
* Prepare and deliver regular reports
* Monitor invoicing and payment follow-up
Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Your ProfileEducation & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
* Experience in Customer Service or B2B client relationship management
* Experience in an industrial or aerospace environment is a plus
Skills
* Strong command of English and French (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP, Excel, etc.)
* Understanding of contractual terms (incoterms, etc.)
