Key Responsibilities
* Provide ongoing support and administration for the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform
* Maintain and enhance existing workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning processes
* Support and optimise Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes
* Manage access requests, approvals, certifications, and user access reviews
* Troubleshoot and resolve identity, access, and provisioning-related issues
* Monitor platform performance and contribute to overall system stability and reliability
* Support integrations with enterprise applications and directory services
* Work closely with IAM and security teams to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
* Proven track record supporting and maintaining live IIQ environments
* Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, access governance, and identity lifecycle management
* Experience with access certifications, request workflows, and provisioning integrations
* Previous experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously in a freelance/contract setting
