We’re looking for a Mid-Level Copywriter to craft, optimize, and elevate the creative presence of our clients across key marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee) and social media channels (organic and paid). This role is part of the Creative team and sits at the core of how brands are represented textually across these platforms — from product pages and enhanced content to brand stores, campaign assets, and social media posts.

This position requires someone who can balance creative thinking with executional consistency, adapting messaging across different formats, audiences, and platform dynamics. The role involves working across multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously, requiring strong prioritization skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain clarity and quality throughout fast-moving workflows.

As a Copywriter Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the Design team, other creative peers and your Copy Supervisor to develop cohesive, performance-oriented creative work that aligns with each client’s communication goals, visual direction, and brand voice.


What You’ll Do Here

* Develop and adapt copy for retail media assets across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, including product pages, enhanced content, banners, brand stores, and campaign materials.
* Create and support copy for organic and paid social media content.
* Follow brand guidelines and adapt tone of voice across different clients, audiences and platforms.
* Structure content strategically to improve readability, communication and user engagement.
* Review and QA content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, creativity and overall quality.
* Organize information and manage multiple deliverables with attention to deadlines.
* Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and layout work together.
* Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on content based on internal revisions and stakeholder input.
* Research references, trends, and contextual information to support creative development and problem-solving.
* Review completed projects to identify learnings, best practices, and opportunities for process improvement.


We Need a Person With

* Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
* Intermediate English skills with confidence in reading, writing and participating in meetings.
* Solid understanding of digital copywriting principles, with the ability to develop clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content across different platforms and formats.
* Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword optimization and search-oriented content structuring.
* Ability to follow briefs and translate them into clear, structured and effective copy.
* Strong attention to detail, especially regarding proofreading, QA and content consistency.
* Good organizational skills and time management in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to build positive and collaborative working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mentality, ensuring projects are followed through with attention to detail, deadlines and execution quality.
* Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, copy development, and workflow optimization while maintaining critical thinking, creativity, and quality standards.
* Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).


What We Consider As a Plus

* Previous agency experience.
* Certifications related to marketplaces or retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Ads).
* Certifications related to social media (e.g., Meta, Pinterest).
* Beginner-level Spanish proficiency.
