Source candidates for Belgium Use job boards, social media, application reviews, and other methods Develop an effective recruitment strategy Build a strong and high-quality social network for potential candidates Select and implement the most efficient recruitment tools Screen candidates and lead initial interviews Provide feedback to candidates after discussions with hiring managers Work with HR colleague to handle contract set-up and onboarding Monitor recruitment activities and prepare reports to ensure efficiency Focus on candidate experience and maintain positive relationships Collaborate with marketing and communication department to improve company's visibility to potential candidates Fluent in French+Dutch and English is a plus Already an experience as recruiter Good knowledge of MS Office Passionate of recruitment and people An ambitious position in a human-sized company Flexibility about the working hours Participation in the growth of the company Attractive salary package Trainings' based on personal targets
