Job description:
As an ITAM - Service Now Business Analyst, you will:
* Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
* Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and enhance the user experience.
* Analyse and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to increase efficiency.
* Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
* Assist with testing activities and create detailed documentation.
* Present findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
* 3+ years as a Business Analyst, including 1+ year in ServiceNow implementations with HAM expertise.
* Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting.
* Skills in analysing large datasets and defining workflows.
* Experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and customer-facing experience.
* Strong problem-solving, multitasking, adaptability, and troubleshooting skills.
* Fluency in English and French (B2+) and familiarity with ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
