As Head of Finance, you are responsible for the Group’s entire Finance & Tax division, ensuring the reliability of financial reporting, effective cash management, tax and regulatory compliance, and the development of a scalable finance function aligned with the Group’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
1. Group Finance Management
You oversee all of the Group’s financial operations, including sales and customer collections, purchases and supplier payments, as well as all accounting and reporting processes.
You ensure reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with standardized procedures.
You oversee Group consolidation (local GAAP/IFRS as applicable), in collaboration with the auditors.
2. Treasury, Cash & Financing
You oversee Group cash management: short-, medium-, and long-term cash forecasting.
You manage the Group’s working capital requirements by adjusting customer and supplier payment terms and inventory management to optimize cash flow.
You manage operational banking relationships.
You coordinate financing, grants, and loans in alignment with the department head.
3. Tax, Transfer Pricing & Compliance
You ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions (direct taxes, VAT, local taxes).
You define, document, and monitor the Group’s transfer pricing policy.
You oversee tax filings, tax audits, and relations with authorities. You coordinate with external tax advisors as needed.
4. Management & Organization
You define your department’s strategy and objectives in alignment with the Group’s strategy and ensure their implementation across all Group entities. You drive the department’s overall performance using key performance indicators, ensuring activity reporting, and implementing necessary actions.
You inspire and align your teams around a shared vision. You implement a strategy for developing talent and skills.
5. Transformation & Digitalization
You actively contribute to Group finance transformation projects and support entities in advancing the maturity of financial practices and tools.
Profile
You hold a master’s degree in finance, business administration, or have equivalent experience.
You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
You have proven experience in group accounting, consolidation, reporting, and international taxation.
You have experience with ERP systems and financial transformation projects.
You have a very good command of French and English.
You have a strategic vision and demonstrate leadership and assertiveness.
You are organized, have the ability to structure tasks, and possess a strong sense of priorities.
You demonstrate initiative and decision‑making skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
