As Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Actively hunting and identifying new business opportunities within the Benelux
*
Leveraging your existing network in the HVAC sector
*
Visiting customers (wholesalers, DIY players, manufacturers) and presenting product solutions
*
Understanding technical terminology and product characteristics within HVAC
*
Preparing quotations
*
Closely collaborating with internal teams (logistics & operations)
*
Collaborating closely with the Managing Director (your direct report)
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Strong experience in a commercial role within the HVAC sector
*
An existing network in HVAC distribution or manufacturing is a major asset
*
Ability to understand and discuss technical HVAC product terminology
*
Proven experience in prospecting and business development
*
Autonomous, proactive, structured, and driven by results
*
Fluent Dutch and French
*
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
*
Comfortable in a small, agile team environment
*
