The Job As a
Senior SuccessFactors Consultant, you play a central role in both
project delivery
and
presales activities. You work closely with customers to implement and optimize
SAP SuccessFactors solutions, while also supporting new opportunities.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, from
blueprint and configuration
to
go-live and post-go-live support
Leading client workshops and demos
to define and optimize
HR processes
Taking ownership of projects
with
large, international clients
Acting as a
trusted advisor to HR leaders
and
bridging business and technical teams
Supporting presales activities, including
solution design, demos and presentations
Contributing to
knowledge sharing
and strengthening our
SuccessFactors expertise
within the team
Your Profile Must-haves
3–5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Proven experience with
end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
Hands‑on experience in one or more modules such as
Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance or Compensation
Strong
workshop facilitation
and
client‑facing skills
Fluency in English and Dutch or French
Nice-to-haves
Experience with
large‑scale or international SAP projects
Previous involvement in
presales activities
such as demos or solution presentations
SuccessFactors certifications
Customer‑oriented consultant
who builds trust with stakeholders
Structured and pragmatic
in tackling complex implementations
Comfortable acting as a
bridge between HR business and technical teams
Collaborative team player
who enjoys
knowledge sharing
Proactive and solution‑oriented
with a strong sense of ownership
