The company delivers complex EPC piping projects in industrial and highly regulated environments, where quality, credibility and execution discipline are key success factors.
To support this growth trajectory, we are looking for a Business Manager to strengthen our team and support our growth within the Pharmaceutical sector, while leveraging our strong expertise in EPC and industrial piping projects.
Your Mission :
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and driving revenue development.
You will act as a trusted partner to our clients, identifying opportunities and proposing tailored solutions aligned with their needs — particularly within Pharma environments and complex EPC/piping projects.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Understand client needs and challenges through active listening and structured engagement
* Promote and position Verdon’s services and technical solutions (EPC, piping, engineering)
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring rapid resolution of issues
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, technical, sales, etc.)
* Monitor account performance and provide reporting and business insights
* Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations
Your Background :
* Proven experience in Business Development / Account Management / Project Management
* Solid exposure to the Pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of EPC environments and/or industrial piping Technical background (Engineering degree or equivalent) is a must
* Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, isometrics, etc)

* Good understanding of industrial markets and trends
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
