This role focuses on driving technical excellence through full‑stack development and supporting the adoption of Large‑Scale Scrum within a complex, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
Translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions through detailed technical analysis.
Implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using modern development frameworks and architectural patterns.
Maintain and optimize mission‑critical applications while ensuring high availability through troubleshooting and bugfixing.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to guarantee stable software delivery.
Ensure high code quality by adhering to Clean Code, SOLID principles, and security best practices.
Mentor junior and medior developers while contributing to the continuous knowledge development within the teams.
Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation to support business‑critical operations.
Qualifications
10+ years backend development with Java 21, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and JPA.
10+ years experience in data and integration with Kafka, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
10+ years experience with Clean Code principles and Test Driven Development (TDD).
10+ years DevOps and CI/CD experience using Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
5+ years architecture and design with Microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and Hexagonal Architecture.
2+ years frontend development with Angular 19+.
2+ years experience with Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) implementations.
2+ years with WebSocket and Miro.
You possess strong analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach to coaching and mentoring teams.
You are fluent in English with C1 proficiency in French or Dutch.
