To strengthen its team, ALTEN Belgium is currently looking for a HR Intern for our Talent Development department, starting in September for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
As a Talent Development Intern, you will support the Belgium team in managing the career development of our consultants.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Talent Management Support : Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual performance review process in Belgium.
* Employee Experience Enhancement : Analyze feedback from satisfaction surveys to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to initiatives that elevate the employee experience.
* Process Automation : Help streamline daily operations by supporting the automation of recurring tasks.
* Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze consultant feedback and follow-up data to uncover trends and areas for improvement & Prepare weekly reports on key activities and collaborate with managers to define actionable next steps.
YOUR PROFILE
* Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, Administration or Business.
* Fluent in English.
* Comfortable with Excel.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Enjoying working in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.
