As Head of Product, you own the company’s product organization, product strategy, and portfolio direction. You translate business strategy into a clear product vision and roadmap, define portfolio priorities, and prepare investment decisions that support sustainable growth and profitability. You are accountable for ensuring that the product portfolio remains competitive, differentiated, and aligned with customer needs and market opportunities. In this role, you work at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and leadership, driving strong cross-functional alignment and ensuring product decisions are both commercially sound and strategically coherent. You will initially take ownership of Product Marketing, with the opportunity to further build and scale this capability in the team over time. In this capacity, you own pricing strategy and governance, ensuring our pricing supports both market positioning and commercial performance. This is a senior strategic leadership role with a strong commercial lens. You combine product leadership with product marketing expertise, ensuring not only that we build the right products but also that they are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and successful in the market. You lead a team of Product Managers and work closely with the commercial organization to strengthen the link between portfolio choices and business impact. As a member of the Management Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you play a key role in shaping company direction, prioritizing investments, and translating strategic ambition into a winning portfolio and go-to-market approach. Drive the product portfolio strategy Translate business goals into clear product priorities and investment choices Own product performance across growth, margin and adoption Lead, coach and develop the team of Product Managers Ensure strong alignment and collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Sales Establish clear positioning and value propositions across the portfolio Own pricing strategy across the portfolio Represent Product at Management Team level
