Technology Advisory Manager
As a Technology Advisory Manager, you will play a key role in helping clients translate their ambition into practical, executable technology roadmaps, with a strong emphasis on effective operating models, AI transformation, and data and application modernisation using the Microsoft ecosystem.
As a Manager in Technical Advisory, you will work closely with clients, shaping early-stage engagements, and partnering with delivery teams to ensure advisory outcomes lead to tangible impact. You’ll work across industries and solution areas, supporting senior leaders while building your own advisory craft and leadership capability.
You will focus on making strategy actionable—understanding current state, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing business cases, and shaping initiatives that Avanade can deliver. You’ll also contribute to opportunity development and help create pull-through into broader delivery work across Data & AI, Business Applications, Modern Workplace, Cloud, and Security.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support technology advisory engagements, assessing applications, data, platforms, and operating models to develop pragmatic transformation roadmaps.
* Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that consider organisational readiness, constraints, and risk.
* Contribute to the development of business cases, investment proposals, and phased delivery plans.
* Support executive and senior leadership conversations by bringing structured insights, options, and recommendations.
* Connect client needs to Avanade’s solution portfolio, working closely with delivery and solution teams.

AI Intern (Fresh Grad / Final Sem – 6 months)

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates in 2026 or students in their final semester, graduating in 2026. You will be required to commit for 6 months .
Key Responsibilities
* Build agent prototypes and proofs of concept for client use cases using modern agentic frameworks.
* Contribute to live delivery projects alongside senior AI engineers, covering design, development, testing, and technical documentation.
* Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demos, preparing materials and presenting prototypes to technical and business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into working agentic solutions and share learnings back to the organization.
Terraform Cloud Engineer
We are seeking a Terraform Cloud Engineer who is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and delivering high-quality managed services. You will work closely with customers to provide a high-touch managed services partnership model and ensure excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support customers across Avanade’s Managed Services, utilising Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to deliver scalable, secure, and automated Azure environments.
* Design, build, and support Azure cloud environments using Terraform (IaC), (Azure Bicep desirable).
* Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning practices.
* Support enterprise-scale Azure solutions including networking, storage, security and identity.
* Implement and maintain secure and compliant cloud infrastructure.
* Respond to incidents and contribute to security-focused operational support.
* Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
* Support audits, assurance activities, and compliance reporting.
About You
* You are an experienced cloud engineer with a strong foundation in Azure infrastructure and Terraform, with a track record of delivering solutions within Managed Services environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
* Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Australian Citizenship required (security clearance desirable).
