Our client is looking for a IT Operations & Monitoring Specialist to join their ICT Operations environment.

AppDynamics
Dynatrace
Splunk
Icinga
What you’ll do:
• Manage enterprise monitoring & observability platforms
• Support daily IT operations and performance monitoring
• Design and implement monitoring architectures
• Conduct PoCs and production migrations
• Improve operational efficiency through KPIs & reporting
• Train operations teams on monitoring procedures
We’re looking for professionals with experience in:
Cloud & Infrastructure Monitoring
Log Management & Data Analytics
DevOps / AIOps / ITIL
Microservices & Containerized environments
Network & Datacenter Infrastructure
Must-have:
• Strong ITIL knowledge
• Experience with at least one APM tool
• Experience in centralized IT operations environments
