Sales Manager for Premium Convenience Products in Germany, the Benelux countries, and the Nordic countries.

How You Can Support Us
Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of sales activities in Germany, the Benelux countries, and the Nordic region
Leadership and further development of an international sales team, as well as management of external sales partners
Management and expansion of existing customer relationships within foodservice, wholesale, and the food industry
Active acquisition of new customers and development of new market opportunities
Development and implementation of regional sales and growth strategies
Conducting product presentations, customer projects, and contract negotiations
Planning and coordinating trade fairs and industry events
Preparation of sales reports, market analyses, and revenue forecasts
Close collaboration with production, product development, and quality management
Deputy to the Sales Director within the corporate group
What You Bring
Degree in Business Administration or a commercial qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of sales experience, ideally within the foodservice, convenience, or food industry sectors
Leadership experience and confidence in managing sales partners
Strong understanding of the markets in Germany, the Benelux countries, and the Nordic region
An established network within foodservice, wholesale, or the food industry is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a hands-on approach
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
Strong customer focus and willingness to travel throughout Europe
Fluency in German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
