What You’ll Do
* Manage full‑cycle recruitment for international roles (Sales, Customer Support, Operations)
* Source and engage candidates across multiple global markets
* Conduct structured interviews and assess both performance and cultural fit
* Build and manage high‑volume candidate pipelines
* Collaborate with international clients and hiring managers
* Support candidates throughout the process, including relocation opportunities
* Work with KPIs and targets in a performance‑driven environment
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house)
* Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, headhunting)
* Commercial mindset with the ability to engage and convert candidates
* Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
* Comfortable in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
