Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary post‑sales contact, leading onboarding, adoption, and customer lifecycle management
* Execute customer success strategies aligned with short‑and long‑term business goals
* Deliver value reviews that connect Microsoft Viva solutions to business outcomes
* Monitor customer health, identify risks, and build actionable success plans
* Act as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders on employee experience strategies
* Lead ROI discussions and support AI‑driven transformation initiatives
* Manage implementation and deployment of solutions such as Viva Glint
* Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms
* Troubleshoot complex issues and accelerate resolution through structured problem‑solving
* Coordinate internal teams to remove blockers and drive customer success
* Deliver workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement
* Tailor engagement strategies based on each customer’s needs and context
Skills and experience
* Proven experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or technology consulting
* Background in HR, Employee Experience, or employee engagement initiatives
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Viva (especially Viva Glint and Viva Pulse)
* Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and interest in M365 Copilot
* Knowledge of data governance, security, and data management practicesExperience with system implementation and integration
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including executive‑level interaction
* Experience delivering workshops and training to diverse audiences
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments
