For our client, one of Europe's fastest-growing high-tech manufacturing companies, we are looking for a Process Engineer.
The company develops and manufactures advanced infrared sensors and imaging technologies used in defense, aerospace, industrial automation and scientific applications. You will join a highly specialized engineering environment where your work has a direct impact on manufacturing performance, yield improvement and the industrialization of next-generation sensor technologies.
This is a hands-on process engineering role focused on process development, troubleshooting, yield improvement and technology transfer from R&D into production. It is not a research-focused position.
Your Tasks
* Drive process development and optimization activities within semiconductor and infrared sensor manufacturing
* Support the qualification and introduction of new tools, technologies and manufacturing processes
* Identify and resolve process bottlenecks impacting yield, cycle time, quality and equipment performance
* Perform advanced root cause analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing and process-related issues
* Work closely with R&D teams to transfer new technologies into production
* Analyze process data and develop innovative approaches to improve manufacturing performance
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics or a related technical field
* 3–8 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Yield Engineer or Process Integration Engineer
* Experience in semiconductor, sensor, MEMS, microelectronics, photonics or similar cleanroom manufacturing environments
* Experience with SPC, DOE, yield improvement, process qualification or technology transfer
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
* Fluent English
