Functie
Barco zoekt ter versterking van haar Manufacturing team een gedreven Repair Specialist voor haar high end projectoren. Als Repair Specialist Boards herstel & analyseer je defecten van boards tot op componentniveau.Met je diepgaande technische kennis ben je in staat de root cause van een probleem te achterhalen en oplossingen voor te stellen. Zo word je de spil tussen productie en Quality / Industrialisatie / R&D ingenieurs.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Je voert kwalitatieve herstellingen uit op boardniveau.
• Je bent het aanspreekpunt en support voor andere herstellers in verband met board issues
• Je bewaakt de voortgang van de herstellingen zodat deadlines gerespecteerd worden
• Je werkt zelfstandig analyses uit & gaat structureel op zoek naar de root cause van problemen
• Je formuleert je analyse en werkt samen met Quality / Industrialisatie / R&D naar een implementatie van een oplossing
• Je wordt betrokken in het ontwikkelen van nieuwe boards waarbij je je expertise gebruikt om aanbevelingen te doen om de kans op fouten laag te houden & vlotte herstellingen te verzekeren
• Je ondersteunt collega herstellers door het delen van technische kennis, analyses etc. en staat in voor interne training
• Je helpt mee het repair proces verbeteren
We zoeken een Barco collega die:
• minimum een Bachelor Elektronica (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) heeft
• grondige technische kennis heeft van zowel hardware als software - netwerktechnologie, basiskennis Linux,...
• een hands-on mentaliteit heeft en oog heeft voor details en kwaliteit;
• een goede kennis van het Nederlands & het Engels heeft
• communicatief is en in staat een probleem en de bijhorende oplossing structureel uit te werken en te communiceren
• soldeerkennis heeft
