Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of pipeline strategy, marketing technology, and content execution. You will be responsible for building the systems, campaigns, and reporting frameworks that drive qualified pipeline for our sales team — with HubSpot as your central command.

This role reports to senior marketing leadership and partners closely with sales, business development, and executive stakeholders.


What You’ll Own


Demand Generation

* Design and execute integrated demand gen campaigns across email, paid digital, content, events, and webinars targeting IT and security leaders at higher education institutions.
* Own the MQL-to-SQL funnel — build nurture sequences, scoring models, and handoff protocols that improve conversion and pipeline velocity.
* Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub: workflows, lifecycle stages, forms, landing pages, and campaign attribution.
* Develop and report on a full-funnel marketing dashboard with KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue influence, and CAC.


Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

* Build and execute a tiered ABM program (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) targeting colleges and universities across key Segments.
* Collaborate with sales and BDR/SDR teams to align on target account lists, intent signals, and personalized outreach sequences.
* Leverage LinkedIn, intent data, and content to engage CISOs, CIOs, VPs of IT, and procurement stakeholders.
* Track account engagement and influence pipeline attribution across the ABM portfolio.


Marketing Operations & Analytics

* Own the HubSpot-Salesforce integration — ensure clean data flow, accurate attribution, and reliable reporting across the revenue stack.
* Build and maintain campaign reporting, board-ready marketing summaries, and monthly operating reviews.
* Identify funnel bottlenecks and run structured experiments to improve performance at each stage.
* Manage list hygiene, segmentation strategy, and contact database health in HubSpot.


Content & Campaign Execution

* Support conference and field marketing activations — including pre/post event nurture campaigns.
* Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all growth channels.


What You Bring

* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on demand gen, growth, or marketing operations.
* HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise is required — you know workflows, attribution, sequences, and reporting inside and out.
* Proven experience building and executing ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact.
* Strong Salesforce proficiency — you understand how HubSpot and Salesforce connect and can troubleshoot the integration.
* Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data and can build dashboards that tell a clear story.
* Experience marketing to enterprise or institutional buyers; higher education technology experience is a strong plus.
* Excellent written communication skills — you can write a compelling email sequence and a crisp executive summary.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment.


Nice to Have

* Experience marketing IT outsourcing, managed services, or cybersecurity solutions.
* Background working with or selling to CISOs, CIOs, or higher education leadership.
* Familiarity with conference and event marketing in the higher ed tech ecosystem (EDUCAUSE, AACC, etc.)
* Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members.
