Prevention & Workplace Wellbeing Supporting the Prevention Advisor in daily tasks Assisting with wellbeing and safety campaigns as part of the Annual Action Plan Preparing, structuring, and maintaining up-to-date procedures, checklists, and overviews Supporting the follow-up of reports related to unsafe situations and actions Helping to prepare communications, presentations, and practical initiatives related to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) Facilities Supporting facility-related files (suppliers, maintenance, orders, contract follow-up) Assisting in the organization and optimization of the office environment Maintaining tracking lists, inventories, and simple planning schedules Providing practical support for small facility projects and improvement actions Fleet & Mobility Administrative support for fleet management (vehicles, charging stations, suppliers, data follow-up) Structuring and updating overviews and input for evaluations or reporting Assisting with practical questions related to mobility and its facility impact You are currently enrolled in a higher education program, preferably in: Facility Management Prevention & Environment / Environmental Management Business Management (with an interest in facilities or EHS) Logistics or another relevant field You work in a structured, accurate, and autonomous way You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy taking initiative You are comfortable working with Word, Excel, and Outlook You communicate fluently in English; additional languages are a plus An interest in wellbeing, safety, facilities, and/or mobility is a strong asset A varied and educational internship with real responsibilities Guidance from an experienced Prevention Advisor / EHS Office Manager Insight into the practical side of prevention, facilities, and fleet management An open and collaborative working environment Valuable hands-on experience aligned with a future career in facilities or EHS Ontex is a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions for all generations.
