Job Description
Develop and/or deliver integrated end-customer, go-to-market programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions within the global business unit or region. Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end‑customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions. Examples include Integrity servers, digital photography ecosystem, security solutions, CarePacks. The role focuses on outbound (customer‑facing) activities, defining and managing execution of GTM marketing strategies and tactical plans, developing/managing GTM program budgets, aligning organizations/processes, developing value propositions/messaging, executing awareness/consideration/preference (ACP) and/or demand generation campaigns, upsell/cross‑sell/attach efforts, managing customer‑facing aspects of offering launch, refresh, end‑of‑life, driving partner relationships, tracking/analyzing results with closed‑loop analysis, and driving continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
* Help organize promotional events and activities.
* Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
* Develop and execute co‑marketing strategies with partners to achieve mutual business goals.
* Manage joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams internally to support partner marketing activities.
* Analyze partner performance and optimize initiatives for better results.
Education And Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, and/or channel operations is a plus.
* 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related areas.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience in data analysis is a nice to have.
* Basic to Intermediate English level required.

* Good interpersonal skills.
