Are you ready to architect the systems behind one of Belgium’s most customer-centric transformations? As Domain Architect – Customer Engagement, you’ll lead the design and evolution of our CRM, contact center, and customer master platforms — ensuring seamless, secure, and data-driven experiences for millions of customers.
What You’ll Do
* Define & own the architecture roadmap for CRM, contact center, and customer master data platforms.
* Modernize the customer engagement landscape — connecting voice, chat, email, and self-service into one omnichannel journey.
* Translate business needs into scalable, reusable architectures that power sales, marketing, and service excellence.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, data teams, and key business stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
* Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data quality standards (GDPR, MDM, IAM).
Must-Haves
* 7+ years in IT architecture with deep experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), contact centers, and system integration.
* Expertise in customer master data management, data modeling, and API/event-driven integration.
* Proven leadership in CRM or operational transformation projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
* Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, MDM, or Azure.
* Experience in logistics or large enterprise environments.
* Familiarity with AI/chatbots, RPA, or customer analytics.
