* Be a cross functional leader charged with developing strategy for a critical product area
* Lead development of compelling product vision and strategy for data products and services that solve user pain points
* Manage a team of data product managers; lead them through the tactical execution of our product strategy
* Develop individual product managers according to our core product competencies, enabling them to be autonomous in driving results
* Champion the use of behavioral data, transactional data and user research to prioritize roadmaps
* Partner closely with data engineering to manage the development cycle
* Monitor the performance of our data products and services with KPIs
* Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to provide transparency into data product roadmap and build consensus around data product strategy
* Develop and lead a disciplined product development process, and drive product insights and roadmap prioritization
What You’ll Need:
* Strong communication skills: able to conduct detailed, thorough analysis, synthesize findings and share those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures
* Experience with complex data systems, cloud platforms, and data platforms
* Exposure to Big Data, analytics, AI/ML
* Strong understanding of the phases of data transformation (raw, refined, modeled), and how to work with engineering and analytics teams to move it from one state to the next
* Expertise in building and leading high performing teams that have achieved truly audacious goals
* Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while working across individual teams
* A preference for people development over management and a strong basis in product fundamentals
* Experience managing an agile development process
* Deep curiosity for understanding the intersection of business users and suppliers
* Desire to be a change agent transforming a world class B2B sales operation
* BA/BS degree and with 5+ years of product manager experience
* Ability to drive innovation across multiple areas and inspire the team to build for the future.
* Fluency in English and or Spanish (Required*)
