PpbLocation: /b Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium /p pbFull time on-site: /b Yes /p h3Duties and Role /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructure aligned with CCNP-level best practices and standards. /li liManage daily network operations, capacity planning, upgrades, and lifecycle activities across enterprise environments. /li liConfigure, optimize, and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and STP. /li liEnsure high availability, redundancy, and performance of LAN, WAN, and data center networks. /li liMonitor network health using Splunk and other monitoring platforms; create dashboards, alerts, and operational reports. /li liAnalyze logs and telemetry data to proactively identify risks, incidents, and performance issues. /li liDevelop and maintain network automation solutions using Python or Ansible to streamline provisioning, compliance, and repetitive tasks. /li liImprove operational efficiency through automation of configuration management, backups, and change validation. /li liUtilize network monitoring tools to track availability, latency, bandwidth, and device health. /li liLead incident response for critical outages, coordinate stakeholders, and restore services within SLA targets. /li liPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents. /li liServe as the senior technical escalation point for complex network issues and strategic initiatives. /li liMentor junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance. /li liLead network projects such as migrations, refreshes, expansions, and technology rollouts. /li liMaintain accurate documentation, standards, and operational procedures for the network environment. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum CCNP certification (Enterprise or equivalent advanced networking certification). /li li7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering and operations. /li liStrong expertise in routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, STP). /li liExperience with Splunk for monitoring, log analysis and troubleshooting. /li liNetwork automation skills using Python or Ansible are a nice to have. /li liHands-on knowledge of network monitoring tools. /li liExperience with incident management, root cause analysis, and major outage resolution. /li liExperience mentoring engineers, leading projects, and acting as senior escalation point. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
