This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer – English-speaking in Europe.
In this role, you will design, build, and scale a next-generation AI-driven content and PR automation platform. You will work across backend APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces, delivering high-quality features that empower users and agencies to create, distribute, and optimize content efficiently. Collaborating closely with product, design, QA, and project management teams, you will contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and integration of AI-powered capabilities. Accountabilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and frontend features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
* Build robust APIs and backend logic with strong performance, security, and maintainability principles.
* Participate in architectural decisions, including data modeling, service design, and performance optimization.
* Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, embeddings, vector stores, and agentic workflows into product features.
* Collaborate with Product, QA, and Project Management teams to deliver high-quality features and resolve complex technical issues.
* Improve system performance, maintain CI/CD practices, and implement automation to increase developer efficiency and stability.
* Reduce technical debt and enhance overall platform reliability and usability for end users.
Requirements
* 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
* Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
* Experience with RESTful API development, SaaS systems, and modern development patterns.
* Knowledge of backend and frontend architecture and CI/CD practices.
* Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities or willingness to learn quickly.
* Proven experience in fast‑paced startup environments with ownership‑driven culture.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
* Nice-to-have: experience with Neo4j, semantic/knowledge graphs, agentic frameworks, AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, Secrets Manager), observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, OpenTelemetry), or background in content automation and PR technology.
