About The Role
The Graphic Designer at XPEL Inc. will play a vital role in translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs across various mediums, including print and digital platforms. Qualifications
Candidates should possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity. A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field is required or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications—including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat—is essential. Knowledge of web development, web design, digital asset management, and scripting languages such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of current design trends globally, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for continuous learning and professional growth is also important.
Responsibilities
* Create and design a variety of materials for print and digital collateral, ensuring consistency with brand standards and project specifications.

* Build technically accurate files in accordance with departmental standards and specifications, maintaining organized artwork files and documentation.

* Identify and resolve inconsistencies between creative concepts, production files, and company standards to keep projects on track.
* Develop graphics for various uses, including product illustrations, social media promotions, website content, and mockups.
* Plan and schedule overlapping projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
* Provide expert recommendations and exercise sound judgment to meet the company's needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different locations, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
* Stay updated on the latest design trends and continuously enhance skills and knowledge in digital and print media.
