About The Role
As the final technical escalation resource within the Air Liquide NOC support team, you will ensure seamless network operations while collaborating with global teams to tackle complex incidents and drive customer satisfaction.
* Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
* Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams through comprehensive knowledge transfer on technical queries.
* Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and Incident Managers, enhancing communication and support.
* Conduct workshops and document processes to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
* Implement changes and requests on the customer’s network as per operational needs.
* Take advantage of opportunities for professional growth within a leading cybersecurity environment, emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in Cisco LAN and WAN technologies, complemented by expertise in wireless and SD‑WAN solutions. Your problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork are matched by your passion for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies.
Your professional skills
* Robust understanding of Cisco LAN and WAN technologies to manage and troubleshoot network environments.
* Excellent routing and switching knowledge for optimal network performance.
* Experience implementing wireless networking solutions, focusing on deployment and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in managing SD‑WAN technologies, ensuring efficient overlay networks and problem resolution.
* Use of network monitoring tools like Zabbix to maintain oversight of network health and performance.

* Strong problem‑solving skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
* Clear and effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
