To support continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join their Talent Acquisition team.In this strategic role, you will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring highly specialised and senior-level engineering professionals. You will recruit experienced technical experts and project leaders, supporting critical business operations across a global landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and highly specialised technical profiles.Proactively source and headhunt top-tier engineering talent through advanced sourcing strategies.Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche expert and project management positions.Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into effective recruitment plans.Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering roles.Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights.Conduct detailed market mapping of target organisations, reporting structures, and talent networks.Track recruitment activity and provide regular reporting on market trends, talent availability, and engagement outcomes.Support employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting highly skilled professionals.ProfileProven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally gained in both corporate and agency environments.Strong track record of recruiting senior technical and engineering professionals.Experience sourcing highly educated engineering profiles is a strong advantage.Demonstrated success managing recruitment processes for candidates with 7–10+ years of experience.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Experience in international, project-driven, or industrial environments is highly desirable.LanguagesFluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).Additional languages are considered an asset.
