With 9 thriving locations across Belgium and big plans for growth, we're looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants in Antwerp and inspire a high-performing team.
As a Restaurant Manager at Barouche, you're not just running a restaurant — you're leading a team, creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up.
What you'll do:
* Take full ownership of the restaurant's performance and customer experience
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team — both on and off the floor — to consistently deliver top-notch service
* Manage daily operations with precision, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Oversee inventory, orders, KPIs, scheduling, and costs
* Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, customer-focused team
* Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and food quality
* Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented way
* Understand and act on your restaurant's P&L, aligning operations with broader company goals
* Work closely with your Assistant Manager and report directly to the District Manager
