Location and Work Hours
Country: Brazil. City: São José dos Campos, São Paulo. Position: Técnico(a) Residente – Alto Tietê/SP.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:18.
Operating region: Alto Tietê and surrounding areas including Mogi das Cruzes, Poá, Suzano, Arujá, Ferraz, Itaquaquecetuba, Mauá.
Primary Responsibilities
* Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and emergency service on multi‑brand equipment.
* Diagnose technical failures (electrical, electronic, mechanical) and propose safe and effective solutions.
* Reduce recurrence and improve reliability of equipment under responsibility.
* Conduct function tests, adjustments, and operational releases.
* Accurately complete technical reports, work orders and intervention records.
* Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations (NRs) and internal procedures.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, reporting service status and basic usage instructions.
* Aid in identifying opportunities for modernization, component replacement, and technical improvements.
* Protect equipment, tools, and vehicles provided for the job.
* Support technical training and dissemination of best practices for the team when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Completed high school education.
* Técnico em Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica, or Eletrônica.
* Knowledge in safety and training in NR10 and NR35.
* Experience in maintenance and service of elevators and escalators.
* Valid CNH Category B and availability to work in the requested region.
