Specifically, what does your day-to-day job entail?
* You will analyze and check incoming price requests.
* You prepare cost price calculations in collaboration with the team.
* If necessary, you provide site visits and viewings.
* You analyze and review contract documents including requirements and conditions.
* You establish contacts with partners and request offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
* You provide a risk analysis of the project.
* You accurately follow up the calculation file.
* You support the customer's negotiations at the negotiating table.
* You provide a good handover to the implementation team.
Functie-eisen
For this position as a Calculator, we are looking for someone with the following qualities;
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
* You have at least 2 years' experience as a calculator.
* You work accurately and have strong analytical skills.
* You are organisationally strong and have the necessary stress-resistance.
* You have a good numerical mind and are not afraid of administrative work.
* You get satisfaction from winning projects together with the team.
* You can speak French and English.
