For a customer active across Belgium and Europe, we are searching for a Methods/Industrial Engineer with process/manufacturing experience to ensure the ramp-up of a new pallet machine.

A pallet machine has been acquired from another site, and this machine has undergone several modifications and will be operational by early June. Your mission will be to oversee the operational start-up.
If the assignment goes well and the need becomes clearer, it is possible to move to an automation transformation project for the site. In this role, you will be the on-the-ground liaison for the group's transformation team.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the ramp-up is successful
* Implement KPIs, monitor them, and suggest ways to improve and optimize productivity
* Ensure machine reliability with the maintenance team
* Monitor the preventive maintenance plan with the maintenance team

They require a hands-on person who can build good relationships with the operators to obtain valuable feedback from the field. xirbnpk
