With an annual turnover of €6 million and 90% export activity, I-Coats is a dynamic and internationally oriented company with strong growth ambitions. /p pTo strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced and technically strong: /p pbProject Manager /b /p brpIn this role, you will take a leading position in the development of coatings for customer-specific applications, operating at the intersection of RD and practical implementation. You will act both as a technical expert and as a project lead, playing a key role in translating customer needs into high-performance and innovative coating solutions. /p pAs bProject Manager /b, you will be end-to-end responsible for the development and implementation of tailor-made coatings for industrial applications. /p pYour responsibilities /p ul liDevelop advanced coatings in co-creation with customers, tailored to their specific applications and requirements. /li liAnalyze technical challenges and translate them into concrete development and testing trajectories. /li liWork closely with the laboratory team in setting up, executing and interpreting tests.
