Ph3About Title21 /h3pFounded in 2001, Title21 is a healthcare software company dedicated to digitizing complex, highly regulated workflows in cell and gene therapy (CGT) and advanced therapies. Its platforms replace manual, paper-based processes with integrated digital solutions spanning manufacturing, quality, compliance, and patient delivery. Since 2022, Title21 is backed by ARCHIMED. /ph3The Context /h3pAs part of its European expansion, Title21 has acquired MyCellHub, a Belgium-based SaaS company serving biotech and CGT players operating under GMP and GxP constraints. Belgium is now Title21’s European operational hub. /ppTo support this ambition, we are hiring a Vice President Sales Europe Middle East to own regional commercial growth and build a scalable, high-performing sales organization. /ppThis is a hands‑on builder role combining strategy, execution, and leadership in a complex, regulated SaaS environment. /ph3The Role /h3pReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the VP Sales Europe Middle East will be fully accountable for revenue growth, customer relationships, and sales execution across the region. /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliOwning ARR growth across Europe the Middle East /liliLeading and scaling the regional sales organization, including integration of the MyCellHub team /liliBuilding and executing a structured go‑to‑market strategy for regulated biotech and CGT customers /liliDeveloping senior relationships with biotech, pharma, CDMOs, and therapy developers /liliDriving disciplined sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting, deal execution) /liliActing as a key commercial leader for Title21’s European platform /li /ulh3What Success Looks Like /h3ulliStrong and sustained revenue growth /liliA credible, structured, and scalable European sales organization /liliHigh customer trust in regulated, mission‑critical environments /liliClear positioning of Title21 as a reference digital platform for CGT workflows in Europe ME /li /ulpWe are looking for a senior, hands‑on commercial leader with: /pulliStrong experience selling enterprise or regulated SaaS solutions /liliExposure to life sciences, biotech, pharma, CGT, or highly regulated environments /liliA track record of building and scaling regional sales organizations /liliComfort operating in complex, long sales cycles with senior stakeholders /liliA pragmatic, execution‑driven mindset with leadership presence /liliInternational experience across Europe (Middle East exposure a plus) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
