Product Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Product & Marketing Strategy: Define the product marketing strategy in line with the ambitions of the subsidiary and the Group. Develop product positioning, design and manage launch plans as well as growth strategies for new products. Translate the global strategy into concrete and measurable operational action plans.
* Market Analysis & Insights: Analyse sales (sell-out) and market trends, conduct active competitive intelligence, and identify the needs of patients and healthcare professionals to guide product and marketing decisions.
* Materials Creation & Communication: Develop and adapt medical, scientific and promotional materials for healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists) and patients, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency of messaging.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the different teams within the subsidiary and the Group (medical and pharmaceutical sales teams, regulatory affairs, Supply Chain/replenishment) to ensure product availability and the successful execution of plans.
* Performance Monitoring & Management: Monitor product performance (sales, market share, KPIs), manage the associated marketing budget and adjust the strategy based on results and market developments.
* Product & Market Expertise: Act as the point of reference and expert on products and their market environment, both internally and externally.
Profile
* You have a degree in Marketing or Science and have at least 3 years of experience (essential) as a Product Manager, preferably in the Dermocosmetic sector.
* You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to transform complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
* With a creative mindset, you know how to translate a product strategy into concrete, impactful materials tailored to different audiences (communication tools, visibility materials, etc.).
* You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
* You are independent, organised and proactive, and able to manage several projects simultaneously while ensuring rigorous and reliable follow-up.
* You are fluent in Dutch (essential) and French, and have a very good knowledge of English.
* You have a genuine interest in the healthcare sector and wish to develop your career in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
