I. Job Responsibilities:
1、Formulation and Execution of Omnichannel Sales Strategies
* Develop and implement omnichannel sales strategies integrating online and offline channels, covering B-end (distributors, pet chain stores, retailers) and C-end (e-commerce customers).
* Manage the entire sales target process, from customer acquisition, negotiation, contract signing to payment collection, ensuring quarterly/annual targets are met.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan localized marketing activities (e.g., pet expos, KOL collaborations) to enhance brand visibility.
2、Construction and Optimization of Channel Systems
* Establish and refine an omnichannel sales network, including offline agent systems and online platform partners.
* Regularly analyze sales performance across channels, optimize channel structures and cooperation models, and improve overall sales efficiency.
3、Market Insight and Business Decision-Making
* Continuously monitor market dynamics in the pet smart product industry, analyze competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
* Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to provide decision support for product development and localization.
4、Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Management
* Coordinate resources across product, supply chain, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely response to online and offline sales demands.
* Establish a sales forecasting mechanism to optimize inventory management and logistics distribution solutions.
II. Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* At least 5 years of sales experience, with expertise in managing both online and offline channels.
* Background in pet products, consumer electronics, or smart hardware industries is preferred.
* Familiarity with mainstream e-commerce platform operation rules and offline channel operation models.
* Omnichannel Management: Proficient in formulating and executing online-offline sales strategies.
* Data Analysis: Skilled in using data analysis tools and driving sales decisions through data.
* Fluent in English (business negotiation level); proficiency in small languages is a plus.
* Passion for the pet industry and understanding of pet owner consumption psychology.
* Adaptability to frequent cross-border business trips and time zone differences, with strong stress tolerance.
