How You Will Create An Impact
* Actively monitor claims operations, identifying performance gaps, risks, and inefficiencies.
* Analyze end‑to‑end claims processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
* Track and analyze KPIs and operational metrics to support decision‑making.
* Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational changes.
* Collaborate with claims teams and cross‑functional areas to optimize workflows and standardize processes.
* Support ongoing initiatives and projects, ensuring proper follow‑up, execution, and alignment with business priorities.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification.
* Prepare reports and insights to support operational performance and continuous improvement.
* Ensure proper documentation of processes, controls, and procedures.
* Support audits and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Experience with project analysis, project coordination or project controls.
* Experience in operations, claims, or process improvement roles.
* Experience with operational monitoring, performance tracking, and process analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Good knowledge of MS‑Project.
* Intermediate English and Spanish skills (is a plus).
* Knowledge of insurance claims processes (desirable).
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (desirable).
* Familiarity with process governance and operational controls.
* Experience in multinational or matrix environments.
